What’s New for the 2010-2011 Ministry Year?
T&T is undergoing key updates to help leaders minister more effectively, especially to tweens, kids 10 to 12 years old.
Today, at a societal level, these kids face unprecedented pressures, demands and distractions, resulting in a marked increase in discouragement, apathy and disengagement. The T&T updates will work to help foster commitment, identity and community in the Awana club, especially for fifth- and sixth-graders, and give third- and fourth-graders a new stage to anticipate.
The message to kids: there is nothing more important than relationship with Jesus Christ, and His way of living is found in the Scriptures.
